Your Big Day

It is a huge privilege to be invited to record a wedding day.

My motto has always been for you to ‘have photographs taken of your day; don’t spend your day having photographs taken’, in essence allow your photographer to capture spontaneous shots as your day unfolds.

Would you like a photographer who will observe the finer details of your day, will appreciate how beautiful your wedding shoes are and the thought you’ve put into your colour scheme and therefore capture the special moments and nuances?

Informal and discreet, my approach is very relaxed, welcoming the opportunity to blend into your day, mingle with your guests, observing and getting reportage shots.

Wooden Hill image’s personalised package can include:

• Pre-service shots - Informal reportage photographs of Bride and Groom getting ready, guests arriving etc
• Group shots – relaxed group shots, kept to a minimum, maximising time for you to socialise and have fun
• Cutting the Cake – Rather than this being a staged shot, I can stay to photograph you cutting the cake as it actually happens
• Informal family shots – discreetly focussing on any particular members of the family you may wish to capture – as well as the Bride and Groom of course!
• I will attend with my assistant which ensures all aspects of your day are being observed and captured
• Each photograph is individually edited and I produce a variety of black and white and colour
